RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day management of the OHC along with the paramedics
Maintaining a record of Bio-Medical Waste records as per statutory norms.
Counseling the patients and observing their improvements making reports.
Conducting CSR health initiatives wellness awareness programs workshops on
various
topics of lifestyle diseases, prevention of occupational health hazards
Conducting audits of the workplace including the canteen labor camps prepared reports
along with observations and recommendations
Maintaining the medicine stock and inventory, specific antidotes, and apparatus at
OHC
Referral services with a tie-up with local hospitals and specialized service
providers and
maintaining good terms with them for prompt support if required
Liaising with Government Authorities for smooth operations and implementation of all
statutory
norms
Fulfill all the relevant statutory requirements under the Factories Act Factories Rules
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Qualification: MBBS with an AFIH certification
